Jmol developers: I've added a new directory:
org/jmol/opensource/jvxl that has within it some classes that allow for stand-alone reading and writing of JVXL files. The main file is Jvxl.java. So far I've only taken a couple of test files, including one APBS dx file and made it into a JVXL file. I haven't tried mapping yet. Nothing here that the Jmol application can't do, but I thought this would be good for others who might want to incorporate a JVXL reader or writer.
