Well, that was a big check-in. It's not fully tested, but I wasn't comfortable having this only on my computer, so it's checked in. It only affects the ISOSURFACE command and related commands such as MO and LcaoCartoon. You shouldn't see any obvious changes -- this is all behind the scenes.
