Anybody have any idea where to get source code for ribbon model? And what are the ways to anti-alias the pixellated graphics that is shown by the ribbon model? I'm currently building on a visualiser that allows me to view pdb files in ribbon model. Any idea how to optimise the code to make it run faster?
