Thanks, Angel. Turns out it was just a bug in Jmol. We can have the 
applet automatically load just the necessary parts.

and tell me what you think of the response time.
Be sure to also click on GAMESS and CARTOONS to see if there is a 
significant delay there.

I'm seeing loading of this in about 2 seconds here, and 5 seconds if 
Java first has to load. So that seems very fast to me.
But it should be considerably slower for you.
