(Specially so since it is cumbersome to load files from different locations in the hard disk via the console; the open file GUI is much more friendly.) At a minimum, we should have support for "load append". It could be done with a checkbox "add to existing models" in the Open dialog box. Better, also the choice to select several files (from the same folder), if that is possible in the Java dialog box.
