Category: None Group: None >Status: Closed >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Rolf Huehne (rhuehne) >Assigned to: Bob Hanson (hansonr) Summary: 11.1.33 - selecting range with negative number broken Initial Comment: range selection with a negative range border is broken in version 11.1.33. Example with PDB entry 1HEK: select -6-109 The selection starts at residue '6' instead of '-6'. It works correctly until at least version 11.1.9 and started to be broken in version 11.1.18. This error affects about 1000 PDB entries with negative residue numbers. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Bob Hanson (hansonr) Date: 2007-05-07 15:44 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1082841 Originator: NO done.
