Summary: 11.1.33 - selecting range with negative number broken

Initial Comment:
range selection with a negative range border is broken in version 11.1.33.

Example with PDB entry 1HEK:

select -6-109

The selection starts at residue '6' instead of '-6'.

It works correctly until at least version 11.1.9 and started to be broken in
version 11.1.18.

This error affects about 1000 PDB entries with negative residue numbers.
