Hi,

It's a vecmath issue.
You probably have a recent version of the vecmath package somewhere in 
your path that hides the vecmath package provided with Jmol.
The error is due to an incompatibility between different versions of the 
vecmath package.
A fix was made on the trunk to deal with this (probably replacing 
CloneNotSupportedException by Exception), look at the trunk to check 
what it is.
