David, you are in luck. What you want is an lcaocartoon

For something like H2O you SHOULD be able to use

select (atomno=...)
lcaocartoon create "sp3a"
lcaocartoon create "sp3b"

but there is a bug there, and all you can do is sp2 and pz. I'll look
