I spent a little time poking around and am very confused. When the
ant build of the Jmol app tries to export a web page it definitely
fails with the following error:
adding JmolPopIn.js
file:<path to jar>/Jmol.jar!/org/openscience/jmol/app/webexport/
JmolPopIn.js (No such file or directory)

I've checked that the path to the Jmol.jar is correct and unzipping
the jar file shows that JmolPopIn.js is exactly where it is supposed
to be.

Everything works fine inside Eclipse. I have been trying to use the
eclipse export function to make a jar, but seem to be missing something.

I am mystified as to what is wrong with the ant build. Anybody have
suggestions on what to look for?
