I want to label the alternate conformations of atoms in a protein.
for example if residue number 34 (ALA) has 2 conformations,
i want to display it as
ALA:A
ALA:B
I am able to display the label ALA but not A and B.
Where as i can display it as mentioned above in Rasmol.
but not in Jmol.
how do i go about it?
