Summary: console buttons in 2 rows

Initial Comment:
The application console has at the bottom 9 buttons. When the console window is
narrow to fit all, the rightmost ones are hidden --without a hint that they are
there.

I don't know if this is easy to do, but will post the idea.
Request:

1) Can the buttons be arranged in 2 rows when there is not enough space in one?
Like:
 [Run] [Halt] [Clear] [History] [State]
      [Help] [Close] [Undo] [Redo]

2) If above is not possible, put some hint that there are more buttons, like an
arrow to the right to scroll among them (will need a left arrow too when
scrolled).

actually, now (11.3.13 and 11.2.10) although you can manually reduce the
size of the window, and the buttons disappear, if you close Jmol and start
it up again, when that window comes up, a minimum width and height are
restored.

But I think we could do this better. I'll take a look.
