Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: None Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Rolf Huehne (rhuehne) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: multiple scripts per command-line Initial Comment: Currently (Jmol 11.3.44) only the first "-s" option provided in the command-line is used. Additional ones are ignored. It would be very helpful (e.g.: for batch image generation) to be able to execute several scripts provided per command-line option. (This would avoid for example the error-prone need for several almost identical complex scripts.) If this is not possible (or even then?) it would also help to be able to set one (or several?) Jmol variables with a command-line option. Or alternatively having access to environment variables within Jmol scripting. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=379136&aid=1836521&group_id=23629 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
