Ah, ok. I did change that -- When I was doing the sync I had to change 
how that worked, and I noticed that it was quite rough, so I lowered the 
factor by which each mouse wheel click changed the zoom. In principle, 
this could be variable. I'll increase it by a factor of 3. You tell me

Good. OK. I messed that up when I was fixing draw translucent. This is 
fixed now for  11.3.61
