Whew! I just went through every single link in new.htm, new2.htm, and
new0.htm (that's 1005 links!). It was instructive -- I found a grand
total of 17 bugs. All fixed.

I think I can confidently say that 11.3.63 is very close to 11.4.0. I
can't find any more bugs by myself.

So it's up to you all to give it a week of hard testing on your own
sites, then out it goes.

Use 11.3.63 when Nico releases it. Anytime you are ready, Nico.

Here's the list from 11.3.62:

# bug fix: draw/isosurface/etc. on/off/delete should operate on all objects
# bug fix: display within(plane...)
# bug fix: select site=n broken
# bug fix: quaternion/ramachandran/model can show up together if user
issues FRAME ALL
# bug fix: frame 1.2 when file 1 only has one model displaying all files
# bug fix: quaternion x reports wrong frame number
# bug fix: selectionHalo status and color not in state
# bug fix: color selectionHalos none
# bug fix: polyhedra .... translucent 0.3 green
# bug fix: moveto alternative format missing necessary 0 rotationRadius

# where [zoomOrZoomFactor] is n, +n, -n, *n, /n, or 0 (to indicate
fill screen)
# bug fix: subsets not properly handling restrict
# bug fix: models with turns crash jmol if not first model loaded

If nature does not answer first what we want,
it is better to take what answer we get.
