Summary: Code to include an Export to Web option...

Initial Comment:
New package org.jmol.jmol_Web_Page_Maker which implements a dialog box that can
generate skeleton web pages (no explanatory text) from what the user displays
in the Jmol application. Patch also includes a few modifications to the base
code that are necessary to make the dialog accessible from the menus.

Could we rename the package name to use a more standard naming convention
? (no uppercase, no underline, ...)
What other name could we use ?
