I think I have got everything working correctly with the special
characters and webexport.
The changes were committed to 11.6.RC13_dev (commit 9844).
Angel, could you please look once more and make sure I haven't done
something that messes up your translations? It looked good to me,
but I might have missed something. Also do you think you could run
this by your colleague who uses the Mac and has had trouble with
special characters?
