It would be great to expand Jmol use into this area. In combination with the
JVXL format, I think this crowd would go nuts. What do you use currently to
deliver a three-dimensionally interactive surface representation over the
web?

Jmol could be extended to read these files relatively easily. I would need
to have some samples along with specific cutoff values and what the results
should look like. With that in hand, it should be pretty easy for me to
write this extension.
