While playing with the JmolMediaWiki Extension I have, though, found a situation where the location is important: the initialize call was being inserted (via PHP) in the head, and that prevented the use of the signed applet per user choice for a wiki page being edited. Now, inserting the initialize in the body can be customized to the user/editor choice of (un)signed applet in the extension tags.
