I updated the VRML exporter for Jmol 11.7.45 -- take a look if you are able: http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/misc/1crn.vrml (1.6 Mb) These files are huge -- I wish there were a faster, better way of delivering 3D molecular graphics over the web... ;)
