OK, I see it.
But see that things have changed: before, the applet did not load --a Java 
error. Now, the 
yellow box displays; that is put by Jmol.js. So this is either a Javascript 
problem or., more 
likely, some Jmol.js incompatibility. We can look into that.

First thing: is the Jmol.js you are using the same version as the applet (at 
Bob's server)?. 
Jmol.js does not change too often, but for safety it should match version with 
the applet.

Second: I see no Javascript errors. I will try to see what in Jmol.js may be 
working wrong. 
That could be an interference with your other library (jQuery?) but, as Bob 
said, other pages 
use it.
