Summary: JMol hang with 'write image' when echo active
Initial Comment:
JMol hangs when i run the following script when calling "write" after an "echo"
using a vector...:

# Load just one molecule, enough to show the hang
load "ala12-extended-ob-mmff94s.pdb"
# Vector holding generation number
gen = ["0", "1", "3"]
# Set title
set echo myecho
echo "generati...@{gen[_currentfilenumber]}"
# Hangs
write IMAGE JPG "protein.jpg"

Everything works fine if I replace the echo command by a plain
echo "Generation=0"
or i don't issue the write command (i can keep loading files etc)

thanks for spotting that and what the issue was. This has already been
fixed in Jmol 11.9; I just forgot to also include the fix in Jmol 11.8.
Fixed for 11.8.19. See Jmol 11.9.24 if you need this right away.
