Summary: "reload" command and menu

Initial Comment:
I think it would be interesting for general users to have a command that
reloads the current model. The popup menu has got it.
I propose to have a command 'reload', as an alias for load ""
and also to insert a "reload" entry in the topbar menu of the app (under
'File', between 'Recent files' and 'Export')

Message:
Just easier to understand and remember for users. Also, the menu option is
easy to find out for anyone.
