Hmm, it's a standard operation. Are you seeing the problem at
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/new.htm ? The command there
is just

<a href="javascript:jmolScript(\'console\')" title="Jmol popup
console">cmd</a>
