Jonathan, the local path issue is still not working 12.0.RC19 I have ".." set in both server and local paths in the ExportToWeb panel. The page I get (both PopIn or ScriptButton) has both local variables set as ".": var jmollocaljarpath = "."; // where JmolApplet*.jar is to be found locally var jmollocaljspath = "."; // where Jmol.js is to be found locally
