The JFileChooser automatically jumps into a directory when you give it a
directory name. I have it just looking in that directory for the file with
the same name and either ".html" or ".htm" (in that order) and, if that file
is found select the FILE, not the DIRECTORY. Behavior seems reasonable to
me.
