stereochemical inversion is actually a 180-degree rotation, not a mirror
operation. We do have a mode
set picking invertStereo
so I've added that now. It's only good for rings, because otherwise it's too
complicated to define which two atoms to switch. (Easier just to
drag-minimize.)
