I have made many changes in the last hours but not committed anything yet.
I am running the unit tests before to be sure that I haven't break too many
things.
It will be a big commit (most of the files are modified).
Basically, I have removed all Vector and added Generics in most places.
I have encountered a few strange things doing this, so I have let some
unchanged.
Among the 3500 initial warnings, there are only 1000 left.
