I suggest not having calculate structure Ramachandran on the popup menu.
It's too esoteric.

I've set up

reset STRUCTURE

now, at least in Jmol 12.1. It returns the structure state to the original
file-based structure for a model.

(Angel, do you think this should only be for 12.1?)
