1) Make sure you have no references to any Jmol fields or classes (except
Viewer!).
2) Make sure all your event listeners are nulled, as they constitute class
instance references.
3) Issue:
viewer.setModeMouse(JmolConstants.MOUSE_NONE)
viewer = null
