Summary: Uncomplete U3D files

Initial Comment:
After exporting of molecule to IDTF file and converting it with 
IDTFConverter.exe to U3D an uncomplete U3D files are created as for example for 
ethane (attachment).

This issue is also present in example mentioned here: 
http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php/File_formats/3D_PDF#Sample_documents
(I mean http://biomodel.uah.es/Jmol/3d-pdf/dan002.pdf file).

I've downloaded Jmol 12.0.22 and I still get the same result :(

This ZIP contains start XYZ file, generated IDTF and TEX as well as output
PDF for ethane:

fixed for Jmol 12.1.24 and Jmol 12.0.22. Problem was with a subset of bonds
that are directed specifically along the Z axis. See
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-12/Jmol-12.zip
