hi,

am creating a  database so i would like to incorporate Jmol into the database 
but for that i have to write a script which would should each molecule when 
clicked upon it. please if anyone has a script on how to load the particular 
molecule,

Please, post questions about Jmol usage in the Jmol-users mailing list.

It's a lot easier to answer there, and a lot more people will be able to
help you, rather than just the few admins/developers reading the trackers.
