I also have an issue that I noticed on my own pages where the Javascript that
generates the Jmol entities on the page results in a message that the
JmolApplet (in the folder where the web page is) is not found:
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-12/test2/JmolApplet not found
I am pretty sure that was not a problem with version 11.0 script library Jmol.js
I tried setting the local path variables to point to the same place as the
regular path but to no avail.
On a side note, I can not get the pages that I created the use jmol.js to load
locally, but the exact same file structure does work properly when served by
apache...
About your question:
both pages show a structure for a few seconds and then I get the error:
Unexpected end of file after line 5333:
END
for file http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-12/test2/2XEE.pdb.gz
