Dear JMol Developers,

the Software& System Engineering lab of TUM (Technical
University of
Munich) is currently making a research study about the
importance of
individual classes in a software system. This information
is useful for a new developer to quickly become familiar
with a huge system. However, determining the importance of a
single class is subjective by nature. Therefore the
correctness of our algorithm depends on the
opinion of the developers.

In order to participate in the study and help our research to be
successfull, I would highly appreciate if you could answer
the following question:

Assuming a new developer who doesn't have previous knowledge
about your
software system: What are the 10 most important classes of
your system,
which you would first suggest him to look at? (If your
system is very
large, feel free to name more than 10 classes)

You will receive a notifcation from me when the results of the study are
published at a main Software Engineering conference.

I'd appreciate the effort you spend on this and I'm very
much looking
forward to hearing your feedback!

Best,
Daniela Steidl
CS Graduate student of TUM
