Category: Graphics Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: Yes Submitted By: Emanuel Maldonado (legesoft) Assigned to: Bob Hanson (hansonr) Summary: Pov-Ray labels text Initial Comment: Hi, I am developing some Jmol scripting and one of the features is to present labels of amino-acid residues. What happens is that, if a user needs to export a good quality image, which is the case of Pov-Ray, the labels in the final image, are drawn without the text that is shown in Jmol window. I use a white background, so if the residue is painted red, the label will be red and white. But after running povray the labels seem to loose their text, despite of the colors used. I don\'t know if this is some bug on Jmol or if i am missing something. I am using Jmol Version: 12.2.23 2012-04-24 14:20 Thank you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=379133&aid=3522247&group_id=23629 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
