Hi Eric I'm not expert in Jmol math, but I am quite sure that you can do what you want.
I would say that you need to define your function in JmolScript. I don't think that there are anything there that will be taken as a javascript variable. Instead, the JmolScript function will take parameters as Jmol variables. > The jmolEvaluate function allows for passing information > from Jmol to Javascript, but what about the reverse action ? For that, there is the "javascript" command in JmolScript. http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/#javascript ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
