Yes. But even so, the download will become too large a file, and 
quite a confusion for users.
At first I thought this was a good idea, but now I think that given 
the total size and number of files, separate downloads for Jmol and 
JSmol is a better idea.

On the other hand, Jonathan, I do not see JSmol as a convenient 
alternative to the applet in computers (yet). The responsiveness, 
although good, is not as smooth as for the applet. And on platforms 
like the iPad, which is a target for JSmol, large models (proteins) 
are still hard to rotate and so in JSmol. Therefore I think that 
where Java is available the applet will not be displaced. The beauty, 
of course, is to be able to make the pages load whatever alternative 
depending on the platform, as Bob has demonstrated. That is our 
target. Still it can be managed with two downloads.
