I know, it's annoying. I hate obfuscation. But another argument would be
that "BitSet" isn't a java.util.BitSet anyway, StringXBuilder is not
StringBuilder, nor are Point3f, Point3fi, or Vector3f any longer from
javax.vecmath. So one could argue that they are confusing UNLESS their
names are changed. That leaves
BitSetUtil --> BSUtil
Colix --> C
JmolConstants --> JC
StringXBuilder --> SB
Token --> T
These are all pretty intrinsic Jmol classes.
Mostly what I dislike about it is the effect it will have on comparing code
to older versions. That's a problem.
I don't plan to do any more of this, at least.
The problem with a final filter is that then I am back to two different
code bases, effectively, and I would have to remember both versions of the
classes when debugging.
