The documentation is not clear on this. What you want is
set allowMoveAtoms FALSE
*Set this parameter TRUE to allow the moving of selected atoms (not just
whole molecules) using ALT-LEFT drag and ALT-SHIFT-LEFT drag.*
Set that one TRUE.
Setting this flag true or false also sets dragSelected and
allowRotateSelected to the same value, so you only need to set this one.
