I have been trying to update some old Jmol - JSV pages and have run into some problems. The jsvAddHighlight function seems to be broken. It is plotting the highlight at the wrong coordinate, wrong width and color. I was also trying to reproduce the old coordCallBackfunction feature and cannot seem to get anything back from the jsvGetCoordinate function.
Also the <script src="/jsmol/JSmol.min.js"> does not work you need all of the individual scripts like the test page testjsv_mol.htm to get either the spectra or molecule to load. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated; the documentation is a little sparse at the moment.
