Jmol version 2 has been released. This release includes major changes such as simplification of the user interface, improved interaction with POV-Ray, an upgrade of CML importing and addition of MDL file reading, and more.
This release reintegrates the applet and application code. The applet class is now org.openscience.jmol.applet.JmolApplet rather than org.openscience.miniJmol.JmolApplet.
