Hi In Dihedral.java, I should add something like following lines? (just before computed = true;) double d = ijx*cx + ijy*cy + ijz*cz; double dd = Math.abs(d); double d_sign = d/dd; dihedral = d_sign*dihedral;
Now my Jmol can not differentiate positive and negative of dihedral angles. Jmol is cool ,but too big for me to get the entire picture. My executable is collapsed or not?
