I believe that this is not possible at this moment with just Jmol... But, it 
is possible to use a program to make an animation from a set of images... 
Jmol can generate images for all frames automatically:

1. open the animation
2. generate images with the Jmol->Povray option
3. use a program to merge those images into a animation

I do not have experience with  but I know it is possible...

Let me know of any progress...
