Rather than loading a separate <applet> for each molecule in a collection of molecules, I would like to have some way of telling a single <applet> to load any of several pdb files. In other words, I would like to have the user select from a list of molecules and rather than reloading the applet, I would like the applet to load the requested file. Is there a way to do this with javascript, forms, etc?
