hi there
i am trying to run jmol with rasmol script from command line. i am using the
following syntax:
jmol [-script {rasmol.script}]
and rasmol.script contains:
load PDB 1crn.pdb
but this thing is not working. though jmol windows open up but nothing is
displayed.
i have checked 1crn.pdb is in same directory as rasmol.script.
i would be highly obliged if somebody could guide me as i am not able to
figure out wht the error is.
same command works fine if put in script window of jmol.
is syntax is right for running jmol from command line with script option.
please help.
