Just done that... but cannot get it to work...

what command should I use?

$ hbonds true
Script command not implemented:hbonds

$ hbond
command expected : hbond
 line#1
command expected : hbond
 line#1

(btw, why do I get the message twice?)

And which file did you use for testing?
