Last week we exchanged some emails regarding the primitive cartoon
rendering of 1F88.

I made the change that we talked about, so that adjacent helices would
meet at the mid-point of the two alpha carbons. I tested it on 1F88, and
saw that it worked for some of them, but not for others.

After some investigation I found that 1F88 has HELIX structures that
overlap. That is, a residue participates in more than one HELIX. This is a
major reason why the cartoon cylinders were so far apart.

I submitted a question to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list ... but thought
that you should know.
