With respect to the Jmol pages at:

I have now stripped all sizes from the layout tables, and given the Jmol Applet a size of 380 x 380 pixels. I picked this as a good size for 800x600 screens, and not too small for 1024x768 screens.
I have tested this with Netscape Communicator 4.8, Mozilla 1.4, Internet Explorer 6, and Opera 7 on Windows XP (all work)
And also Galeon 1.3.7 and Opera 7.2 on RedHat 9. (both work, although are a little sluggish in responding to controls etc)
All using JRE 1.4.2
I have still not got any access to Mac OS X so please feedback if the problems are fixed or otherwise.
