Today, I used Jmol in my biochem class for the first time. I created a few web pages and modified the scripts that Miguel used on the JmolApplet v10pre5 preview pages.* I made a selection of buttons to highlight different features, but occasionally I found myself wishing that I had created a button to bring up a different view. Anyway, I began to wonder just how hard would it be to pass a script from a text box on a form to the JmolApplet? Would this take some real knowhow, or could a novice like me accomplish it?

Thanks,
Chris

*I have noted that I created the scripts using Miguel's work as a guide.
