You may want to add the following to give feedback to people who are first
downloading the applet:

This will affect people who are using the Sun Java Plug-in. This will mean
all Unix users, Win32 users who are not running IE, and IE users who use
the  Sun Jvm.

This last group is important. Microsoft is discontinuing use of their JVM.
New installations of IE will all be using the Sun Java Plug-in.
