It works!!! To get it to work, I could not use -script (if I did, the program tried to open a script called cript). Instead, I had to use:
java -jar Jmol.jar -sSCRIPTFILENAME
i.e. I could only use -s with no space between -s and the name of the script file. I don't mind as long as I know what to do.
